ipab question

hi. just reflashed the box with ipab latest image and added the $$$$$$$ iptv to the box.
as I'm not used to openatv setup I have a bit of a problem. all the channels are there but the epg doesn't seem to save. it will import it but as soon as the box is restarted then the epg goes back to square one.

I havnt initialised the hdd because of all the recordings already on it but the box recognises the hdd there.

any help please people

Have you checked in epg settings and made sure the save path is media/hdd or however your hdd appears in mounts.

yea ive checked crossepg settings and epg settings and says external or the name of the HDD

Are you able to look at hdd and see if epg data is on there using dream explorer or filezilla ,if it is not there and mountpoints and settings path is correct then it must be having an issue saving to the hdd. If it is there it would be worth deleting epg data and re running the import

Try and put a usb in the front port and initialised it and then save epg to that
