Iphone 5 can not swipe

Hi i have recenly had my screen replaced but since turning it back on it will not swipe for me to access my phone, any ideas have i done something or not done something ? Thanks

Sounds like a faulty replacement or a mistake whilst replacing it. Did you fit it yourself?
