iphone App, can't see live feeds but i can see and play my recordings

anyone help me with this, iphone App, can't see live feeds but i can see and play my recordings im using the blackbox pro, works fine when im on the lan, just when im outside the network i have the issues, i have port forwarded hence i can see the records and play recordings
 
I'm kinda there mate, I think my issue was that I never open Udp and tcp, I only did tcp
I think the blackbox pro app is good/best, cos it can play the tsmedia downloads and recordings, unless the vu player does the now
