IPTV +1 channels

Hi.

Being a n00b with all this IPTV stuff, I'll ask the stupid questions

Looking at the lists and bouquets for all the gift providers, there's never any of the +1 channels listed. No ITV1-4 +1, etc.

Is it down to the provider or is this a general IPTV issue?

I think most stuff is repeated at another time, some providers have catchup on main channels.
