IPTV down on Zgemma but works on VLC - HELP!

After thinking it was my h2s that had cause iptv not to work- it resulted me to reflash the box. in the mean time I tried the m3u file on vlc and it works fine. reinstalled iptv on the box with putty but still isn't working. Any solutions please????

Best to contact your IPTV provider to check that the script you are transferring via putty is up to date.
