IPTV Freezing

I have a zgemma h2h box. I’m getting regular freezing of channels, it’s basically any channel.

Any ideas plz

Have done that. No real joy.

I have another problem where all IPTV channels go blank. Normally return the next day. Any idea why etc?

Could be your isp throttling your speed down.
What is your speed btw ?

Yes, but it went off last night as well.

Supplier is being blocked time to find one that's not advertising left right and centre (Facebook Twitter etc) that or buy a vpn mate (Shouldn't need one but some who get blocked do use them)

Another headache lol
It hides your activity from your isp but that's a few ££ a month you may aswell just find a provider who isn't blocked mate.

My subscription runs to July 2018. How much per month would a vpn cost me? And would it solve the problem?

Prices vary for a vpn you will then have to set it up .
Google is your friend with that one as I havnt needed one.
You will need to get a vpn on your box or a compatible router
