Iptv issue very strange

hi guys I have got a random problem that I just can not get my head around I have a zgemma s2 box running vix at my house my line provider added iptv and all working fine. Iptv folder comes on list and easy to use. The idea was to get my box sorted out then take that and swap it with my mum and dads and get that sorted or when y provider has time.


The issue I have is that when I take the box round to my mum and dads the bouquet that normally says iptv says n/a and iwhy is this or is it a simple fix.

yes did you tell provider you were going to do this?

Yes my provider suggested this. So what steps do I follow or do I message my provider to unlock it ??

If its saying n/a then the box is not getting a internet connection when its booting / rebooting so the script deletes the old bouquet but can't download the new one.
