Iptv recording issue

Hi guys,
I have been asked to change iptv to service type 5001 however I am unable to record using it.
Does anyone have a work around?
If I use a different service type I get pixelation issues.

I don't think you can record using 5001,There is a thread somewhere on the forum about it.
Default is DVB stream types for live channels and IPTV for VOD, all IPTV type streams may be required if you are unable to record channels.
