IPTV service won't install properly on iPab

Hi,
I'm hoping someone may be able to help me sort this out.
I have aZGemma H2S which was working fine with An IPTV service on a 2 day pass.
I bought a new pass yesterday, and updated the user/pass details, hit Save and then Install.
The DOS box that opens flashes by really quickly, and then it builds the bouquets for FTA only.
Previously it took a few minutes as it installed IPTV categories.

When i Go to EPG and use Prev/Next, none of the IPTV category menus are there.
I've tired numerous times, and used EPG importer, but those titles don't appear.
I have installed a VPN in case the provider was the issue, but this is still the same.

Any advice would be welcome.

check you have put the correct user/password in, if it's wrong, it won't find the premium channels

I checked and did it several times.
Thinking of buying another 2 day pass to get a new user/pass to see if that helps.

have you done a network test on the box?
you need all green ticks:
menu>setup>system>network>device setup>network test

If it installs quickly then as Pablo said, I would check your internet and if that is ok ask your provider if there server is down.Ipab image is finished now though and not updated so I would use another image.

The best advice I can give anyone on i-pleb is to get off it.
Try any other build, get yourself a trial from elsewhere if your current provider can't handle you being on another build.
