Is a reflash needed?

Hi anyone help me please. Zapped my zgemmastar2 and lost all everything. Need to do a full flash! How please?

Not really - just follow the steps and you will be fine. Make sure you have a copy of your line/server details somewhere because restoring from a backup will wipe it from your box.
