Those of us who can remember a pre-internet world i.e. pre 1996 or so can sometimes find it amusing how much people get grumpy about in relation to the internet. Back when we had to use Encarta and phonebooks, the idea of Wikipedia and Google would have blown my minds.
Thus, IPTV. Yes, it buffers. Yes, it's unreliable. But the idea that I could have TV channels from Finland, India, the USA, Abu Dhabi, and a dozen or more other countries - in my LIVING ROOM - is still pretty freaking baller. Like, legit guys.

But instead of being astonished by the fact we can watch the freaking Montenegrin soccer league, we get grumpy and agitated because we can't find PSG vs Liverpool in 60fps.
Thus: is IPTV the platonic ideal of internet whinging?
