is sky viewable again?

i used to view my channels on my xtrend et800 watching sly with my line, the channels then all got dropped and we was unable to view sly anymore, can you tell me is this still the case or can sly now be viewed via the stb again? i now that it can be done via iptv but have found iptv to be crap with loads of incorrect channels, channel, loss and looping.
i used to love watching sly on my et8000 via cline,

i was going to say move reclining chair outdoors and recline as the sky at night is beautiful

the satellite that sky uses to transmit its channels on is at 28.2e
it has always been viewable, with 100s of channels still available
its only the sky owned channels that are no longer available
