Is this my line or my box

My channels freeze every 10 minutes but when I reset my box the channel comes back perfectly fine for another 10 mins then freezes again.. if it was my line it would be still froze if I reset my box wouldn't it?

How is the box connected to the router,Wifi or hard wired

Get a test line and see if that freezes,If not then its your own line is the issue

I've tried two test lines and they are all the same freezing, should I try a different build?

As the box is hard wired and tried different lines that rules out a few things,What cam are you using

No they are fine I think, it's just the cable channels.

try a different image like openvix or openatv then either try changing your cam to CCcam,one of these should sort the problem mate :)

Update your mg_cfg file which can cause freezing,are you using mgcamd 1.38 or 1.35

are 1-5 sd freezing on cable.?
