Is this setup possible?

Hi, I have some newbie questions about a home sat setup:
Does this setup sound possible?
Connect 3 sat boxes (Vu+) ? to 1 router through ethernet
Connect NAS to router
Either use 1 3g modem for all boxes and each box connect through wireless to 3g modem
Or
Connect 3g modem to router and connect boxes to router over wireless
Ability to record from any of the boxes and playback any recording on any box
Only 3g internet available

Any thoughts/ advice on this would be great!
Please move if not correct forum also
Thanks!

Just connect all boxes and nas to router the best way may be to have a network switch or a few of them depending on location of boxes and the router.

I wouldn't bother with the 3g thing

ok great, thanks.
I need the 3g connection just for updating the bouquets and having option to update/access other online apps on the boxes.
Do you think that there would be any issue with latency to the NAS? I understand that obviuosly there will be a delay to write/read from the NAS. If there was a scenario of 1 box reading and another writing to NAS, would this be possible or problematic?

Why are you still bringing up 3g you do not need 3g you use ethernet cables and then all the equipment will be connected to your home network which will also access the internet.

Ok to answer my own question, I've setup this up yesterday and it works great

Basic checks and setup:
Ethernet from each box to router
Ethernet from NAS to router
Setup Network in router
Plugin NAS
Plugin SABx2 + Amikox1
Mount points for each, timeshift+recordings (no memory stick on Amiko, so no timeshift)
Assign static ip's for each box

That looks spot on.

Another option would of been to use a network switch but it depends of the location of the equipment to the router
