I connected two different ethernet cables and i get no internet connection from the box and it takes a while to start up..

what can i do to fix?

Is your box being issued with am IP address from the router?
Network/device manager.
Have you tired restarting the network or used the network wizard?
Has it worked up until recently?
Have you, done any updates or drivers been updated?

No lan says disconnected.
Restarted network no luck, network wizard resulted in a crash log within home/root and restart...
It was working in the other room fine it's either my ethernet cable or the router i have hooked it up with as i was using a home plug before and another ethernet cable.
It detects the adapter connected but it just doesn't flash on super hub v3.0 from the back just green light...
No on openvix so dont do updates.

lots of people have had issues on those superhubs and have to add external router to plug into their lan cables.

did you power off box and router/hub then on and run new network test?

Right i will try again with a new ethernet cable turning box off completely + router. If no luck i will add an external network router which is an Asus RT N66U Router which i will link it to the superhub.

I have tried what you have said and no luck. Will try again and report back.

Thanks

then check how box is connected to lan cable and faulty homeplugs?
It is connected direct via the router to the box no luck :(

All i have connected is cable splitter and internet is working fine.

The main cable is connected to 'in'

Tried rebooting the superhub?

Have you got any other devices you can plug into that network cable (like a laptop?) that you can use to check the cable is good?
