Also if you havnt tried already do a service searchin automatic scan followed by an abm start scan.
Then hold power button on remote and select restart.
Just shots in the dark

I have kindly checked Hughesy line for him.

The CAID is 0963 so it's not the same problem as danmed mentioning caid 0960.

The channels are missing from the server as there is no ECM data at all.

So I have adviced him to get in touch with his provider.

It's probably me just not understanding but just to clarify, my problem was that my provider would only work with CAID 0960 and the ITV HD Channels were CAID 0963. I've added alternate lines in my ccam.cfg and the channels are descrambling fine now.
