You are creating a file in notepad using your m3u url and saving as a playlists.txt file and ftp to the box or editing the existing file yes and it will create the bouquets agreed.

Use filezilla to login to the box and paste the line in playlists.txt file in folder
Etc/enigma2/jediplaylists

As mentioned above only certain suppliers are clearing at the moment, most aren't

E2m3u2bouquet is working for me. Jedi would not create bouquets and crashed frequently.
