Just lost signal 13 East

Hi there.

I have just been watching the Belgium vs Egypt match on La Une @13 East Hotbird. All of a sudden I have lost all signal!!.
All other Transponders are fine and I have just tried moving my dish. All connections are fine. The dish and Lnb are fine and there is a clear line of sight. The weather where I live is perfect.

Does anyone know what the problem could be?. All other satellite positions are fine but just this 1 transponder (10.930 H / 30000) now isn't working.

Sometimes they loose the feed to the transponder which is more likely the case may comeback later unless it encrypted.

Was trying to keep him up to date as he lost transmission :). Think it was over anyway
