Know it's been asked before but cannot import EPG for iptv (Vix)

I know it's been asked many times and I have checked many forums but I cannot get anywhere trying to import EPG for the iptv I have,

I'm on VIX, using XTML importer for EPG. I've tried many of the methods seen online but haven't got anywhere. The furthest I've got is using XStream but when asked to validate my account and asking my provider, he says I don't need that as they have their own EPG (which is their own plugin but obviously won't load to my EPG).

I've tried e-channelizer as well but cannot find the M3U file I need to load into the software.

Can anyone help me out? I'm not a techy person but really would like to sort this out to have iptv in my epg.

They will give you a link you need to enter it into a browser - it will then download the m3u file for use in echanelliser
