Kryptview A780 keeps going to installation screen

I recently turned box off and on and now the easy installation screen is all im getting, ive done all the usual, factory reset, scan for new channels and once its done I press ok and it goes back to easy installation screen, can any1 help please?

you have not done proper scan as box go back to default,sounds like no netid scanned or stored.

If still no joy after cactikids post then a re flash with null cable will sort that...
