Channels listed as gone off today are on, it's not a KV problem.

Most of the plus channels {gold+} are also on.

whats the point in saying all those channels not working,if you give us all the info everything gets clearer,signal and quality levels are ??,have you checked all connections are good and tight,are you paying a basic tv sub package,any faulty splitters.?

I think this thread loseing it's angel now, we have esablished lots of people are loseing or lost chunks of channels, i myslf am now experincing massive freezing on almost every channel i do have, all my connections are fine all my routers and modems and cables have been changed for new , reset retuned you name it ive done it, nowbody appears to know whats going on fix wise, and the people on the sv pages are reporting similar lose of channels, vm website states no faults in any area, so either there rolling out a new way to block our service or its a server fault, What i want to know and ive asked this before is why the boody hell noboy from kv has joined in to give us some feedback, ive had these issues now fow 10 days. and i was under the impreshion kv were the top dog when it come to SUPPORT HELLO!!!



Just to add, i have just done YET another scan, got discovery turbo on! which was nice this is what i am experincing, the channel freezes, 10 seconds loses picture get the scrabbled msg 10 sconds later channel comes back on, lucky if you get another minute viewing before the same happens.

i have read a post on another forum saying that a few cards expired and waiting for new ones,no idea if true or not but said should be back in a week,nobody is saying what signal and quality levels are!

any change from the ones you posted before on the channels that dissapear.

I also found that thread last night, My signals have not changed at all nor my quality, what i have noticed which may run thru with the cars expriry thery is that i can get discovery on for a split seciond when i first change channel over.. it them goes off to scramble !

I am having the same issues, using Manchester 1 area as TP. Still missing a chunk of channels, but have got some of the ones listed back.
So fingers crossed these will all come back eventually Yes !!

So is the general census that its a KV fault and not VM playing games ?
