am having a problem rescanning my KVa870 is there a newe firmware availailable ? are there any from 2014 ?

got the latest firmware but the KV still wont scan network i have tried factory reset firmware install and still nothing

their are 2 kv boxes a780 sd or a850 hd, never heard of 870. different firmware make sure you have flashed using correct firmware
