Latest 850 software

Does anyone know what the latest software is for the 850 hd and if it cures the line connection issues. I have two boxes , one works a treat and the other won't connect, just says "sending login" followed by "not connected".

hi, i have the same problem, do you have diffrent suppliars for the codes?

No same supplier, it's strange how some boxes work fine and others won't connect.

Can you not take a backup off the working box & put it on the none working box ;)

By backup do you mean same server details.

i remember with the older boxes one could upload image and data to pc via the kv downloader but the 850 does not use one.
recheck any 0 or o are wrongly entered.
