LG smart TV IPTV set up?

Hi,

Complete noobie to this,I've just grabbed the app from lg app store its says to goto siptv my list site which is where I'm at now and I've not got a clue what to do next.

Its showing on my laptop
Upload your IPTV playlist and a empty box with MAC and empty box with List and browse.
On the TV app its showing some numbers and letters,do I put these into my laptop somewhere?

Please help on what to do next
