LG TV - how can i get freeview without an Aeriel

I have some boxes for my older TV and pay subs !! but i now have a smart tv but only need freeview - is there a way to do it for free ?

Freeview needs an aerial for receiving freeview,what tuners does tv have?
indoor aerials should work if no outside aerial to use.

aerial won't work - I've tried - the tv is downstairs on a 3 story - every aerial picks zero channels where as top floor no issue ... do i have to go down the koi route ??

Possible location is getting blocked downstairs no idea if an extension could be used or signal loss may happen.

i tried 1 of them aerials - signal loss - didn't really want to go down any extension route - smart IPTV ? can this work ?

Smart STB app works a charm for IPTV on LG tv sets.
