Line active or not

I am using a Freesat V8 Golden running S/W build v570 dated 07/08/2017
Cable line was working fine with the newcamd.list file my supplier sent me.

But after he changed it to a N line with new server address and port number
status reads Ecm ready but channels are not clearing.
I can only view the 5 free channels. Its the same if i put it in mgcamd.
Is my line still active or not ?

That's a question for your line provider - can you not ask him to send you a new newcamd.list file?

if the line is active try rebooting the box when you have entered line details because some boxes dont recognise changes till reboot etc
