Line check !?

hi guys

I have had a line with the same supplier for a good few months now - last night at 7:30 it went black and nothing working again today - have dropped them an email but no response as of yet.

Can anyone check the line to see if the issue is the line ? Or my end ?
 
ask for a test line in the request thread in the cable forum and see if that works.

You could check it's not your end. First of all try restarting the softcam, if that doesn't work, put the box into deep standby and then restart your router, once your router is back online turn the box back on
