I have lost the details of my line on my box. It is still active but if I ever have to re-input it Im in trouble. Is there any way I can view the details of what has been input on the 9991 screen?

Thanks, I put the line on manually so do not have a config file on my usb stick. Is it possible to copy the config file from the box to the usb stick?

can't you just get in touch with whoever you bought the line off, they should have the details??
