Hi guys new to this but really need some help . We had a lock screen on our Android box which requires a password to open it to access the droid player and kodi etc but for some reason it is saying my password is wrong . I 100 % have not changed it. Thing is I can't even get onto the options to change it it just goes straight to the emergency call screen with no option for forgot password or to go to settings
