"login" Any ideas ?

Hi Guys, been using same provider for 3 years now, recently it went offline, was given a new one but it does not seem to work. on the CCcam.cfg it just says login and not online. I have contacted provider but he is insistent that it works and im doing something wrong. i have even sent a screen shot of the details ! no further help is coming from them now. i either need to move on to a different provider (still have 10 months left with this one) or i can find a soloution.

Any help would be appreciated please.

Try a testline post in the request for server in satellite discussions. just to rule out your server is saying its ok or not.

yes, several times. :(

test line works fine, so its the server. Provider also requesting money to regenerate details .... no chance, new provider me thinks.
