Line went down 24hrs ago, can't get on website that I've purchased the line from from my end although when I test the website domain on a 'isthisdown' type website they are getting a reply.
Obviously I don't want to post the providers details or website for everyone to see I was just wondering if anyone has the same problem as me or that if I could speak to someone via PM that might be ITK on these sort of things. Only bought line 2 weeks ago.
Hope someone can shed some light on the issue. Thinking I may have to buy a new line unfortunately. Seems like they may have did a runner.
