Lost all the Cable channels even FTA

Hi all,

Has anything changed in last 10 days as I have lost all vermin channels, including FTA.

I have old BK image on VU Solo2 and USB Cable tuner.

All was good 10 days ago.

Have you checked signal levels to see if you getting signal?
Tuner configuration?
Line expires?
I have same set up as you. Mine all working
 
Your USB tuner still showing in tuner config? Have a backup? Mind only 1-5 SD is FTA. Do you have a valid sub of any kind with VM?

Yes I can see USB tuner in list and can scan cable channels. It does says found 326 cable channels but all are blank, even Free to Air Channels (e.g. BBC).
I am planning to reflash tomorrow.
 
not that line, the other line, free gift.

when you got the box, did it have a 'gift' line already on it? - was it about 12 months ago?
 
Difficult to say as all channels are blank. I can only test when channels is up and line is unable to clear.
 
My box is 5 years old - its a genuine box. I used to flash it regularly when HD were clearing Sly.

Yes all vermin channels were clearing 10 days ago.

have you checked setting to see if you are getting signals?
Menu>setup>service searching>signal finder>press Left/Right and see you are getting anything.

also, request a test line as mentioned earlier. if test line works then it is your line that has expired.

VM FTA is only 1-5 SD. anything else will not work.
 
FYI. I can watch DVB-S channels.

Just bought a Test line and it hasn't made any difference to Cable (DVB-C).
