Lost all the Cable channels even FTA

Just found, now I can watch FAT BBC ONE South, BBC TWO, Channel 4 and Channel 5. However, pay channels are still blank. I have a new testline. Thanks

Is netid a must even when I can see FTA? in past I have always done a full scan and then found FTA, later ran cable ABM to set up my channel list. Attached is my tuner-C config. Thanks

Do I need 00013 in Frequency scan step size(khz)? It doesn't allow me to to change 01 to 00 on the left.

Leave frequency
Menu - setup - service searching - tuner config - tuner c - enter net id then save

Alternatively
Select relevant net id in ABM under virgin UK area

I did second as I found ABM present in Black Hole image can now scan VM UK channels and it has option to selection your area.
still no joy as far as pay channels are concerned. Thanks

Have you put line in correct folder ?
Usr/keys if using mg camd

I am using mgcam and have placed newcamd.list in /usr/keys

where do we enable softcams? I have used backup to restore essential files, files backed up VU centre. I remember there was a config file where we define Box type. I think I am close to the solution but still far. Thanks.

press menu>info panel>softcam panel

select cam, go right or left to get mgcam 1.38 in view, click green button to restart it, this will load the new newcamd.list info to the zgemma and you should have chnnels

I do not have above options as I have VU Solo2.

Thanks. Looks like I will have to move to Vix image - have never used it, always have been on Black Hole.

Cracked it by changing mg_cfg file. I just changed Box type to '06' from '00'. Thanks for your help though.
