Lost cable channels

Hi, I've rebooted both my box and router and still no joy.
Any ideas? Rescan?

restart the softcam, check cables and splitters, make sure the lan cable is properly pushed in, restart both again.

How do you restart the softcam? I've done everything else I can think of.
Done a restart, looks like a new provider required.

go to softcam panel and press the green button to restart the cam

a test line would show if box worked in connection to internet and as your old one did not.

have you tried a new line to rule out line issue?
have you rescanned?

majiktoast, are you in Leicester? as the area hasn't had HD for quite a while.
Also there are rumours that HD on cable is coming to an end at the end of january, maybe your area has started early.

Finding a few of my factual channels dark like yesterday +1, eden +1, animal planet +1, discovery history +1, national geo +1, history +1 just seems to be +1 channels on my box could this just be a provider issue as the rest of my channels work.

That's the first thing I tried a rescan just seems to be most of the factual +1 channels rest are working fine

Bit strange but will rule out any issues tomorrow by trying a trial just to see if it's a provider issue

Thanks mate will do. Not a massive issue as I don't really watch them channels anyway just though I would post just to see if anyone is having the same problem
