transponder which carries them channels,one needs to see if a vm box has those channels and working,if so note the info and addd them to manual scan
as we had that issue over here years ago and abm needed an update again.

So did you try to rescan the autobouquetsmaker?
I can see this becoming one of those threads that goes on for a fortnight and then the OP comes back with, 'just discovered the VM cable wasn't attached, done a scan and all is good'
There is no technical reason why you can't see BBC2HD or CH5
it can only be something you are missing at your end otherwise everyone on your netid would be in here bleating about it, you are the only person this has happened to, so double, then triple check everything that has been said in this thread and report back

both channels working for me in Stoke area. using Openatv on VM Zgemma H2H

strange thing as on my sat tuner box its now in movies so suggest to go through all bouquets.
