lost channels

Hi all , box is working great both on cable side and sky dish side but for some reason I can't get a picture on sky sports one hd & sky sports 2 hd on virgin cable side every other channel is working great , any one ever had this problem if so how can I resolve it , cheers all

Try deleting bouquets and doing a rescan using ABM

Sorry mate done that I remembered but still no sky sports 1 & 2 on cable side only cheers

Menu- setup- service searching- auto bouquets maker- delete bouquets- update config file- scan

Maybe give your supplier a nod, Could be an issue server side
