Had an issue with my box this week getting error codes and rebooting itself, eventually it froze completely show code -11- on the front panel, after try a few times to reflash it using various usb sticks i managed to get it up and running again although it has still shown the initial error page once so maybe not entirely fixed the box issue.
Strange thing is though is that when i reconnected my Ext HDD there was no file list of any of my previous recordings and the drive was showing as empty and all space available to use, it even recorded with no issues. Ive done reflashes before and the HDD just worked and shown all my old recordings. Is there something ive forgotten to do as i had over 400GB of recordings on the drive and i cant think of any way that they can have been deleted on masse simply by unplugging the hdmi and plugging it back in after flash?
I've not initialize the drive or changed anything, just plugged it back in.
anyone had this issue?
