Low signal from dish 20%

Hi all , I'm only getting 20% signal from my sat dish in the house I've just moved to , the dish was already there , I've tried a new cable from It straight to box v8s I think but still the same , also tried a new lnb still same any help please cheers Paul

Place your box on BBC 1, then put it on signal strength, Try adjusting dish slightly to see signal goes up/down It takes a few seconds for signal to register so dont be to heavy handed
