Lx2 image update

Hi

the other day I updated my lx2 image to openvix-3.2.004 from the previous image openvix-3.2.003...apart from the start up logo being different I cant see any other upgrades or differences.

I may be wrong but I just assumed there may be some upgrades/fixes a bit like when you update a iPhone iOS firmware

Anyone shed some light ?

Most updates are generally of a technical nature (bug fixes)
and you won't really notice any difference.

I only update my image every month or two, if I remember lol

If the image goes too far out of date you loose the online update facility and have to flash it by USB

you will never know what gets fixed or made worse with vix lol

i only use usb updates lol

It was mainly an epg fix.
