Hi whilst the live TV plays perfectly the catch up function has issues loading and many times crashes, and happens more frequently if I attempt to fast forward. Anybody faced similar issues with ideas how to resolve?

I had a similar problem and turned out that a setting on my router somewhere must be to blame. I plugged my old ISP provided router in and it now plays faultless. Still can't find out what's causing the issue on my other router though
