MAG 256 help, pleassssssse

Bought a Mag256, keeps displaying for a min or 2 then just nothing, black screen, help!!

you tried downloading the latest firmware from the box menu, see if its up to date?

Yeah did that successfully too, can't get back to it now, box reboots and I will be can see it loading and then as I said, just drops to black screen before I get to the menu

reboot box, continuosly pressing menu till box goes into settings
