Mag 256 sounds like a dalek

Just bought a Mag 256 box
It went a bit loopy whilst setting up
Would boot ,then get to the TV interactive screen ,get a blue screen off death for a few seconds. Repeat Tv screen,blue screen a few times,then turn itself off.
I left it plugged in overnight ,seems to have settled down now.
Can get TV etc but everyone sounds like a dalek . Have tried various HDMI leads changed/changed back audio settings ,nothing changed the sound.
Now do you think it is an issue with the iptv supplier ?

any info would be much appreciated thanks a lot .
 
I would try a free test off another supplier.
I have the 256 its so simple to set up takes 5 mins to set up.
If the test gives same results i would suspect the box as faulty.

Did you run the firmware update when first got the box recommend you do that first.

Hi
I did check the update and was up to date.
Weird thing it has just started working for now . No reason for it as I had not done anything different that I had previously tried.
Looks to be iptv supplier issue .

Now any tweeks I should be doing thanks a lot
