mag 351 4k problem

I have a mag 351 4k box, my iptv provider has 4k movies but can't get them to play! I get sound but no picture! I have a 4k tv.
Can anyone help?

Only reason I can think is that maybe your internet isn't fast enough.
Do you know what speeds you are getting and who your provider is?

switched on hdr but still no picture !

my internet speed is 100mbs!

Must be something to do with your suppliers encoding of the films have you informed him

Sorted it was my suppliers encoding of films that was the problem!
