Mag box loading then going blank

Hi, my mag 254 is going to the infomir start-up screen then dying after it loads up. Blue light still on though, I bought it form a reputable source recommended to me on here (forget the name of their site though, maybe someone could jog my memory?) and I it's still under warranty.
Is there a fix for issues like this or do I need to return it to my seller? Thanks guys.

Not sure mate. Just got it sorted now I think it was an update that boggled it initially and then somehow the power cable from my minix box that sits next to it got swapped over. I done a factory reset (probably unnecessarily) before I realised what had happened and swapped the cables back.
