Major internet issues since connecting box!?

If you sell the box you will loose money on it anyway.

Majority of people get away with using single tuners, few more have twin
so is it such a big deal not to have all three working ?

It may be worth keeping it and just getting the most out of it as possible
depending on what happens after the engineers visit.

I agree in one aspect I will lose money if I sell it and best to use the twin tuners on it.

But wouldn't it bug you all the time knowing potentially you third cable tuner doesn't work without problems?

Worse case scenario is the engineer can't improve anything.

So you change ISP, as long as they don't disconnect you from the cabinet in the street
you will still be able to run the three tuners.

If they do you could use it as a twin sat tuner with a good stable line.

Two fully working tuners with a new ISP is far better than three dodgy tuners due to your existing ISP

On the other hand they may fix the problem and then it's happy days.

That's true mate, if I do leave them if they don't fix the issue then I COULD have an active line but who knows.

I hope they do fix it, I pray they do lol, as I don't want to go through the hassle of leaving them tbh.

So after replacing things by VM the drop outs and intermittent issues still occur.

What do you suggest I do? Get rid of box? Leave VM?
