Whatever saves to the hdd eg: epg data, system backup, downloads from plugins timeshift. when i press epg-green buttin then go to my recordings all data is there it says epg, hdd, system backup, timeshift, picons, my recordings it all shows there before it was just recordings i had done any ideas.

go to recordings and then press the yellow button 'Bookmarks' and select /media/hdd/movie and that should then take you to your recordings. Next time you go to recordings it should open straight up in the same place

It says media/hdd/movies does not exist

is your usb stick mounted on /media/hdd

If you press the menu button and select Setup -> Recordings & Timeshift -> recording settings what is your 'default movie location' set to?

press the red button and select plugins -> MountManager is your usb listed and showing as Mount:/media/hdd
