Mega high ecm's with an old line provider

Hi, i have two lines, and two different boxes running oscam, however on certain channels i've since noticed very high ecm's of over 2000 sometimes with my old line provider, and still getting a few glitches, my new line provider is spot on with very low ecm's but when it swaps the old line it suffers, would configuring two ports from my router to the boxes cure it by bypassing the routers firewall? If so how do i do it? I have also changed my routers dns to googles which as helped alot aswell and is lots better

the tv sky is 28.2 very well known and if over 250ms will get glitches
