Hi I bought new interstar box. Using N Line getting FTA channels but no premiun. Ive noticed that there is no mg_cfg file do I need this file. Also I cannot get epg to download or get the channels to come in order like entertainment, movies , sports etc.
 
yes you need your mg_cfg and newcamd list in usr/keys,i hope you got your cam mg1.38 installed from download plugins first,if on vix use abm.
 
Yes downloaded mg 1.38 first, now where do I get mg_cfg file

Its saying that there us no config files found please setup McGcamd first in var/keys
 
Both work together and download as a pair.

Anyone know what way this works and why? I set my backups with working pair but if add a newcamd.list with different mg_cfg it wont work.
Ive always used samples from an old post. I think by mike123
