Missing a few channels

Hi,

I'm missing a couple of channels on my zgemmastar H1. I've done a manual scan and pick up 598 channels which seems about right.

I was missing BBC3 HD and BBC4 HD so decided to do a fresh manual scan then an auto bouqets maker scan and then notice those channels were missing. I've done 2/3 manual scans but not picking them up for some strange reason.

Anyone have any ideas?

That's a lot of channels , 598 including radio I don't get anywhere near that ..

I scanned 41048, 256QAM, 06952 and pick that many up.

For some reason the wirral seem to use the netid for Runcorn which is 25 miles away.

I get about 360 max , do a scan later on tonite and you will get you bbc hd channels back

Did you reeboot the box when you finished the scan to save the settings?

Think he's talking about the cable tuner. Astra is the sat side.

BBC 3/4 HD don't start broadcasting until 7.00 PM, they use the same TP as SS 4 HD
