Most of EPG info missing

Was fine yesterday, but today half the info is missing. Box hasn't been switched off and update was set for overnight. Despite manually updating and doing a forced update still no joy. Anyone else having this issue?

You will get more help if you give more information.
Are you running Vix or Openatv.
Are you running a particular build so people know what the box set up is for a start reference.

Yes good point, sorry!
Running latest Wooshbuild Openatv

Been running sweet until yesterday so no idea what has happened.

in crossepg try defragment database then download now. if that doesn't work ftp media/hdd and delete the epg.dat file then try again

Check settings as follows
Menu/setup/epg
infobarepg and graphical infobar settings should both be set to single epg
Then into settings part of epg and check that your epg location is set to /media/hdd
If set to internal flash then change to hdd setting.
If any changes then rerun autobouquets e2 and crosspeg to see if that solves it.

actually openatv uses a different version of crossepg so you may not have that option try to ftp media/hdd and delete the epg.dat file

Hi Guys
Followed all the suggestions with partial success. More of the channels have populated but many still haven't. Not sure what else to try now.

try pressing file list button. yellow for location & navigate to root of storage. delete epg.dat & empty from trash. reboot & run cross epg again. personally, i much prefer xmltv importer for epg data.

Finally sorted it :yes!:. Went to crossepg/open tv providers and nothing was selected. (not sure how this came to be as all has been working for weeks! :whacko:)

Anyway thanks to all who replied and pointed me in the right direction. Another curve learnt (y)
